Angie Dsouza & Yohann Louis are blending the rich culinary traditions of India, Portugal, and Germany to craft an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of Calgary, Alberta. With a shared passion for flavor, culture, and creativity, they promise a celebration of taste unlike any other.

Born in Bombay, Angie draws on her East Indian and Portuguese roots, transforming a childhood love of cooking into a professional pursuit. Her dishes marry traditional flavors with modern culinary techniques, offering guests a fresh yet familiar experience.

Also born in Bombay, Yohann brings the influence of his Indian-German heritage to the table. Known for his methodical precision and attention to detail, he adds refinement and balance to the duo’s evolving culinary vision.
